How to Buy Our Beef

The best way to purchase our beef is to come on the farm by appointment, just call or text our farm manager

Keith at (917) 273-7040, ideally, one day in advance!

There are two ways of purchasing beef on our farm:

You may purchase individual cuts of meat at full retail pricing or you have the option of committing to an order of beef, that which offers a bulk discount. These orders must be placed in advance and range in sizes from:

whole, halves, quarters, eighths and sixteenths.

We sell the majority of our beef through these pre-ordered bulk options. Each order requires a deposit and a signature along with our cut sheet.

We accept payments via cash, check or Venmo.

Retail Cuts

We are currently shifting from doing our sales in a retail fashion to a bulk fashion. The best way to get our meat consistently is to buy a portion of an animal. However, we do occasionally carry individual cuts of meat to buy at full retail pricing.

Bulk Purchasing

One of the best ways to feed yourself and your family is by purchasing our grass-fed meat by the whole, half, or quarter cow.

Roughly speaking:

40% of your order will be ground beef

30% will be roasts (chuck, shoulder, rump, sirloin tip etc.)

and 30% will be steaks (sirloin, ribeye, T-bone, filet mignon, porterhouse, etc.)

We charge you based on the total weight of the meat packed in your boxes rather than charging by the carcass hanging weight. This ensures that you are paying only for what you’ll be receiving in your order. All of our beef is vacuum-sealed and frozen.

Whole Beef - About 400lbs.

Half Beef - About 200lbs.

Quarter Beef - About 100lbs.

Eighth Beef - About 50lbs.

Sixteenth Beef - About 25lbs.
